Description

The Tactical Martial Arts class incorporated striking and grappling techniques from a blend of martial arts from all over the world. Tactical Martial Arts is intended to teach effective self-defense techniques from influences such as Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Western Boxing, and Close Quarters Combat. Learn basic footwork, hand and elbow strikes, kicks, joint locks, and defensive maneuvers as well as fighting strategies.
