Description

This class utilizes the Pilates Reformer in a group setting. The Reformer is one of the main pieces of Pilates equipment that offers spring resistance to further strengthen the body as a whole. Improve your posture and bring balance to your body. Many of the same exercises done in a Pilates Mat class are performed on the reformer to increase flexibility, strength and control without adding bulk. You will leave feeling energized and challenged.
