Fit Camp is an all inclusive class that combines spinning, sprint intervals, resistance training, core strengthening, plyometrics, stability, and stretching. The class will incorporate the use of the Polar heart rate monitors which allow participants to continuously increase their work capacity to the next level, provides real-time tracking of efforts, and keep everyone accountable through Polar app.
