Description

Enjoy yoga, outside, on the grass, & under the trees.  This class is the perfect blend of movement & relaxation.  We begin with an opening meditation & breathing exercise, continues through vinyasa flows & strength building exercises.  We cool down with gentle hip & shoulder stretches and end with guided meditation & savasana. Every body and all levels welcome.
