This class is designed to give your entire body an awesome workout. Tone & strengthen your body with a variety of dumbbell, barbell, resistance band & core exercises along with a cardio workout set to music.

This service is intended as a part of your membership at the SRWC. Your instructor might encourage donations and/or payment from their non-SRWC attendees, but know that this encouragement is not targeted to our members. Enjoy your session!
