Spring Instructional Classes

Instructional classes at the SRWC are specialized fitness classes taught by professionals in the industry who may have more trainings and certifications than other instructors.  These classes are reduced to a limited number of participants to create an environment that facilitates a learning outcome.  Instructional classes range from martial arts like Muay Thai to popular fitness regimes like the Pilates Reformer, and are offered to SRWC members only at a nominal fee.

  • Session One: February 13, 2017 - March 24, 2017

  • Session Two: April 3, 2017 - May 12, 2017

Instructional based classes are taught by instructors who have an expertise and teach their classes in a progressive style. They are smaller in size ranging from five to fifteen students per class so that the participants get more individualized attention. These include classes such as pilates reformer, TRX-Mix & Muay Thai.
