Instructional based classes are taught by instructors who have an expertise and teach their classes in a progressive style. They are smaller in size ranging from five to fifteen students per class so that the participants get more individualized attention. These include classes such as pilates reformer, TRX & Muay Thai.

There are many benefits to participating in fitness activities for people of all ages and abilities. These include stress reduction, increased energy, injury and disease prevention, better grades, weight loss, and making new friends.
