Free Friday Self-Defense

No one should ever be bullied, hurt, or harassed. This is our absolutely FREE self-defense class determined to help you learn to be a safer, stronger, more confident you, while stretching, strengthening and working out. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome to self-defense lesson at any time during the semester. FREE!

Come challenge yourself and your friends to a kayak race! Race across the SRWC and beat the clock in order to see if you can be the SRWC Kayak Champ! Grab yours friends and we will see you then.

This event challenges participants by making them race against the clock to unscramble every day words that are backwards and upside down to give them a minor perspective of what those who live with cognitive disabilities are challenged with.
