Summer 2024 Instructional classes:

Session- 6/24-8/7



Instructional Classes at the SRWC are specialized fitness classes taught by professionals in the industry who may have more trainings and certifications than other instructors. These classes are reduced to a limited number of participants to create an environment that facilitates a learning outcome. Instructional classes range from boxing to popular fitness regimes like the Total Body Work, and are offered to SRWC members only at a nominal fee.

Pilates Reformer

Elevate your fitness journey when you dive deeper into movements that improve flexibility and build strength with Pilates Reformer! Pilates Reformer is one of the main pieces of Pilates equipment that offers spring resistance to strengthen the body further all the while refining posture and balance. Incorporating both mat and reformer exercises, this class will amplify the extreme benefits of Pilates.
Students: $90/session
Non-Students: $95/session

Boxing 101

Embark on a journey to master the fundamentals of boxing with Boxing 101! With expert trainers to guide you through each step, you'll not only learn the basic punches, correct footwork and essential patterns of movement, but you'll see significant changes in your overall health and fitness. To participate, wristbands are required and are available for purchase at the Pro Shop for $10.
Students: $35
Non-Students: $40
