Free Friday Self-Defense
No one should ever be bullied, hurt, or harassed. This is our absolutely FREE self-defense class determined to help you learn to be a safer, stronger, more confident you, while stretching, strengthening and working out. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome to self-defense lesson at any time during the semester. FREE!
