Applicants must fill out a form at least 48 hours in advance to allow for approval consideration.
Breaking stories, event coverage and time sensitive access will be considered by the ASI Communications Manager and Member Services & Marketing Coordinator. However, not all requests will be guaranteed approval.
General event coverage within the SRWC requires advance approval. Individuals arriving day of event will not have guaranteed access.
