Summer Wellness Challenge
Sign-ups for Summer Wellness Challenge 2025/2026 begin June 1 at the SRWC front desk!

The Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) hosts and annual wellness challenge each summer for our alumni, faculty and staff members. The program starts on the first day of June and runs through the last day of summer session before the start of the fall semester. It is completely FREE to join and any current alumni, faculty and staff member are eligible to participate.

The goal of the challenge is to use the SRWC for at least 30 minutes on 25 different days throughout the summer. Each visit equals one point which can be redeemed by scanning the member ID barcode at the computer scanner on the front desk right before exiting the gates to leave the facility. Anyone who completes the program by earning 25 points will receive a finisher prize AND be entered into an opportunity drawing to win one of two annual memberships to the SRWC.

Sign-ups take place at the front desk of the SRWC, and like any contest, there are a few rules. Failure to follow these rules will result in disqualification from the program.

  • You may only claim up to 5 points a week (Sunday through Saturday).
  • You may only claim 1 point a day after completion of your workout.
  • In order to claim a point, you must have been doing a workout or wellness related activity for at least 30 minutes.

Have fun!
