Functional training involves movement that train your muscles how to work together by stimulating common movements that you do on a daily basis (home, work, sports). By incorporating functional movements and strength training, you will help your body get stronger, increase core stability and posture, protect your joints, and help prevent injury. The purpose of this class is to help cope with the physical demands of your daily life by improving your natural range of motion, moving in all directional planes and counterbalancing so everyday feels a little more effortless and pain free! You will have access to our exclusive equipment that will intensify your workout and bun more calories. Our equipment includes battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands medicine balls, TRX suspension trainer and TRX Rip Trainer, and plyo boxes. This diverse class trains BODY MOVEMENT not body parts, to help improve its natural kinetic capacity!
Price per session is $42 for students and $47 for regular members.
