Join our evening of wellness by participating in one of our yoga or meditation classes or hang out in our wellness area with hammocks, chair massage, foam rolling, spa water and more.
Donate one can of food for each hour of participation or (5) cans of food and be in the opportunity drawing of a $100 Lululemon gift.
*Food donations will be given to our campus food pantry.
5:00pm- Power yoga

8:00-8:30pm- Guided meditation
