pnf stretching

PNF Stretching is here for you! Reduce muscle and joint pain, enhance muscle performance and reduce stress at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC). This assisted stretching program also improves posture, balance and range of motion.

Log in with CSULB account.

Choose the number of sessions desired and then “Add to Cart”.

After registering, please come to the Fitness Desk in the SRWC or call the Fitness Desk at (562) 985-0745 to schedule your PNF Stretching.

Restore your body’s energy and let loose! Join us for a Night of Relaxation on Dec. 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. Destress with gentle yoga, a guided chakra meditation, and a sound bath. Stop by Beach Balance to lay in a hammock, unwind and grab some FREE spa water!

  • Sound Bath: 6-6:25 p.m.
  • Gentle Yoga: 6:30-6:55 p.m.
  • Guided Meditation: 7-7:25 p.m.
  • Sound Bath: 7:30-8 p.m.

The first 50 participants will receive an affirmation stone. Attendees will be entered in an opportunity drawing to win one of three prizes.

After, refuel poolside with a post-workout snack and chat with our peer nutrition counselors. Ask questions and get insider sports nutrition tips!

Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, much like a whiffle ball over a net.

Drop by the SRWC and learn how to play the game of pickleball. Instructors will be present to go over all the basics! The clinic is free for all SRWC members.

Flex your muscles and break a sweat at Mega Sweat Sesh! You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind workout featuring HIIT and yoga, led by your favorite SRWC fitness instructors.
