Meditation and Matcha

Join us for Meditation and Matcha on Feb. 15 from 5 to 7 p.m., on the SRWC East Lawn. Decorate your own mug while learning about the benefits of adding tea to your meditation practice. Don't forget to stop by our tea station to grab a smooth cup of matcha.
