Join us for a week of events, activities and resources designed to help you succeed during this crucial time. Whether you need a quiet space to study, time to unwind or a boost of energy with free snacks and drinks, ASI has got you covered. Extended Hours Available at the University Student Union (USU):
May 7 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
May 8 through May 12 from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
May 13 from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Games Center special:
Take a break to unwind at the Games Center! During finals week from 5 to 9 p.m., enjoy one free bowling game (with free shoe rental), 30 minutes of free billiards and/or free video game rental at the Sticks Lounge.
Here is the full-week breakdown of what will be offered each day:
- Monday through Friday: Sticks Lounge Special
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Billiards Special
- Tuesday and Thursday: Bowling Special
Activities and food giveaways:
Visit the Future U Concept Showcase in the University Dining Plaza (UDP) and the North Lawn each day of finals week for free entertainment and food. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., grab some donuts, fresh fruit, coffee or tea and snacks. Join us for relaxing craft activities, tarot reading, lawn games and so much more!

Are you graduating this Spring 2023 semester? ASI has a gift for you!
Pick up a cooler bag at our check in table. Bags will be available starting Monday, May 8 through Thursday, May 11 between 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. while supplies last.
To claim your bag, bring your LBSU student ID and verification that you are a Spring 2023 LBSU graduate.
Verification options include:
- The email with your name requesting you register to graduate this Spring 2023 semester.
- A guest’s graduation ticket to the LBSU 2023 commencement at Angel Stadium with your full name and student ID displayed
- A picture of you in your LBSU Class of 2023 cap and gown
