If you're searching to add life-saving to your skills, then look no further than the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC)! The SRWC offers a variety of certifications and classes to teach all Long Beach State University (LBSU) students transformative skills that will last a lifetime.
The SRWC is proud to partner with the American Red Cross to offer lifeguarding certification classes! These classes empower our students to recognize and respond to various emergencies that may occur during aquatic activities such as swimming, boating and diving. Join the SRWC April 13 and 14* from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to learn how you can help save a life as you wait for medical professionals to arrive at the scene.
