Back in school and ready to make changes? Need something new to change up your workout routine? Come be a part of the Be Fit program, a series of variety introductory classes to help you find out what your fitness niche is! 

 

9/6: Incorporating Exercises while Rock Climbing (at the Rock Wall)

9/13: Weight Training and Post-Workout Nutrition (Farber Fitness Room)

9/20: Wheelchair Basketball (MAC Gym)

9/27: Meditation and Yoga (Beach Balance Wellness Room)

 Participants that arrive to each of the classes will receive a ticket to enter a drawing for a FREE one-hour massage prize at the end of the 4 weeks.
