TrUpdates on how alternative instruction will impact SRWC programs and services banner

As students, faculty and staff are aware, last week CSULB announced a pause to all academic instruction starting Wednesday, March 11. Instruction will continue to be on pause until March 23, at which time online instruction will commence – but staff continue to be encourage to work remotely. Due to these announcements, the Student Recreation & Wellness Center will continue to be closed, at least through the end of month. At the end of March, and in coordination with university and public health officials, will reassess when the SRWC should reopen. For additional context, here is the status of other ASI operated facilities.

    Closed until further notice
  • ASI Events
    All ASI events are canceled for the semester – please see this email from ASI President Velasquez making the announcement on 3/13/20, though some items are now outdated

To reiterate, we are not aware of any known suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 at CSULB. The CDC intensely recommends to follow healthy hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing, covering your cough or sneeze, and staying home when sick, similar to preventative measures for other sicknesses such as the flu.
