- 15 squat jumps (modified: 30 seconds of Wall Sits)
- 10 wide grip pull-ups (modified: 30 seconds of Dead Hang)
- 35 seconds of ‘Supermans’ (modified: Tabletops w/ Marches)
- 10 wide-stance push-ups (modified: on your knees)
- 30 seconds of planks (modified: with arms straight)
