Are you an athlete, sports fan or looking for a fun way to stay physically active? Do you want to put yourself out there and meet new people on campus? Either way, participating in the Student Recreation & Wellness Center’s (SRWC) Intramural Leagues is a great opportunity to do so!
The Intraumural League program offers a variety of sports, including indoor soccer, flag football, volleyball, open soccer, co-ed basketball, open basketball and 6v6 soccer. Offered Mondays through Fridays, you can participate in these leagues in the late afternoons and evenings outside of class! Interested? Here are three simple ways to sign up:
- Use your mobile device with the SRWC GO app. Once logged in, click on the intramural icon for an easy sign-up experience!
- Visit our website and hover over the intramural section at the top of the webpage to take you to the registration page!
- Come to the Intramural desk where friendly staff can help you with the sign-up process or provide additional information!
There is only a $20 fee to sign up for as many leagues as you desire. If you already have a group of friends who are eager to be a team, that's great! If not, there is no need to worry. You can still participate in any league as a “free agent” and the intramural staff will try their best to put you on a team. Preseason for the leagues begins Feb. 19 and the official season runs until the week of April 21. Sign-ups began at the start of the semester, so make sure to sign up now before it’s too late!
