Stop by the SRWC center to pick up a healthy snack (bananas, apples and Kind bars) to nourish your body before or after a workout or between your classes.

In collaboration with the Office of Wellness and Health Promotion, we will be hosting a series of wellness workshops on various topics. Come check them out!

Thursday, September 5th: 4pm- 4:30pm - Staying Healthy and Active in College: Tips on how to increase physical activity and time management while busy in college. Intuitive Eating: Learn methods to establish a more positive relationship with food and reject the diet mentality.

Thursday, October 3rd: 4 pm-4:30 pm - Tips to Improve your Sleep Habits: Find out ways to improve your sleep quality and catch more zzzz.

Thursday, November 7th: 4 pm-4:30 pm - Understanding Your Food Relationship: Learn methods to establish a more positive relationship with food and reject the diet mentality. Tips to a Better Sleep: Find out ways to improve your sleep quality and catch more zzzz.

Thursday, December 5th: 4pm-4:30pm - Stress Less: Perfect for finals around the corner, learn ways to cope and manage stress so you can ace your exams!

In collaboration with the SRWC fitness department, a personal trainer will teach you massage and posture correctino techniques to do at home. Do you slouch? Maybe you have texter’s neck? This class will help you achieve better posture and utilize our massage therapy tools to treat yourself.

Come plant some herbs and vegetables with us in our Wellness room! We will be providing free materials, seeds, and soil brought to you by Beach Balance and Sustain U.

Description: Need condoms? Well Beach Balance has your health in mind. Stop by to pick up free condoms during our open hours every Friday. The health center on campus also has your back. It’s always good to know that you have someone looking out for your health in all aspects.

Take time for yourself in our hammocks indoors. Attendees will be provided with opportunites to participate in free relaxing activities.
