Challenges Through the End of the Semester

  1. Owen’s Condition for Tuition: workout from home and log your daily points
  2. SRWC Trick Shot Challenge: submit a video of your best trick shot for a chance to win!
  3. 150 Dare: perform any type of cardio, record your mileage and submit it online.
  4. Mile High Challenge: participate in 3 virtual challenges and log points for credit.
  5. Mega Challenge: win 3 t-shirts and a medal after completion of #3, #4 and #5.

  1. Climbing 101: Intro to Movement: practice the basics of climbing and get the hang of it.
  2. Aromatherapy: use household items to destress your mind, body and soul.
