Challenges Through the End of the Semester
- Owen’s Condition for Tuition: workout from home and log your daily points
- SRWC Trick Shot Challenge: submit a video of your best trick shot for a chance to win!
- 150 Dare: perform any type of cardio, record your mileage and submit it online.
- Mile High Challenge: participate in 3 virtual challenges and log points for credit.
- Mega Challenge: win 3 t-shirts and a medal after completion of #3, #4 and #5.

- Beach Themed Meditation – 4 to 5 p.m. take a deep breath, feel the sun and hear the waves.

- Night of Relaxation – 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. unwind with some light yoga and guided meditation.

- Pilates - 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. a challenging mat class helping to build your core and lower back.
- Body Sculpt - 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. an awesome workout to tone and strengthen your body.

- Vinyasa Flow - 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. a form of power yoga with movements that flow naturally.
Wednesday, 5/6
- Mindful Yoga - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. a practice focused on anxiety reduction and inner peace.
- Pilates Mat - 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. a challenging mat class helping to build your core and lower back
- Body Sculpt - 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. an awesome workout to tone and strengthen your body.
- Yoga-Pilates - 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. a class to destress, strengthen and detoxify your entire body.
- Gentle Yoga - 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. a slow-paced practice of flexibility and alignment.
Thursday, 5/7
- Vinyasa Flow - 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. a form of power yoga with movements that flow naturally.
- Zumba with Ariel - 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. an exercise class using music and dance as motivators.
Friday, 5/8
