SRWC LB49 Workout Class

For the most comprehensive, all-inclusive workout yet, check out LB49! It is an instructional class that is the Student Recreation and Wellness Center's (SRWC) version of the popular "F45" workout.

The class uses the new functional workout area highlighting the HIT Hub rack, spinning, rowing, resistance training, core strengthening, kettlebells and stretching all into one power-packed workout! Our certified trainer, Ryan, will be leading the class each week.

By incorporating forty-nine minutes of cardiovascular exercise, strength building, resistance training, and stretching, LB49 truly is the all-encompassing workout. The class is for all ages and is fee-based, capping at eight participants to ensure one-on-one attention with the instructor. It takes place Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the SRWC functional workout area. The first four-week session starts on September 21 and the cost is $30 for students and $35 for non-students.
