The Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) offers a variety of group classes to fit everyone’s exercise goals! These group exercises are offered FREE throughout the day for your enjoyment. With several new classes added this semester, including hip-hop and restorative yoga, here are a few reasons why you should consider joining a group exercise class:

With the stress of finals coming up, a group exercise class can help you relax and deal with stress.
